Work Scope for All Options

Each of Our Roofing Packages Includes the Following

Full removal of 1 layer of roofing with proper disposal of all material

Roof decking inspection for deteriorated and damaged wood (see unforeseen wood repair rates)

Re-nail roof decking to bring the roof up to hurricane mitigation standards

Ice & Water Shield (specified by system selected) in all high-water traffic areas

Double-layer of Synthetic Roof Deck Protection Water Barrier (specified by system selected) covering the entire roof surface

New metal flashings in the color of choice at all eaves/rakes

New plumbing boots and exhaust vents

Re-flash any existing chimneys (if applicable)

Replace existing skylights (if applicable)

Starter Shingles (specified by system selected) to all eaves/rakes

Field Shingles (as chosen in system above) to entire roof with slopes of 2:12 and greater

Ridge Venting for best attic ventilation unless home design prevents ridge venting

Hip & Ridge Shingles at all Hips & Ridgelines of Residence

Obtain all permits and inspections and provide a certificate of completion from the governing building department
